Swim Goggle Fit & Lens Guide
Find the right swim goggles for each water day.
For kids: choose soft silicone seals, adjustable straps, and clear lenses for lessons and pool play.
For adults and family swimmers: choose anti-fog lenses, UV protection, and a secure seal for laps, beach days, and travel.
For diving masks: choose a panoramic view and a fuller face seal for snorkeling, lakes, and open-water fun.
Lens guide
Clear lenses: indoor pools and low-light days.
Tinted lenses: bright pools, beaches, and everyday outdoor swimming.
Mirrored-style lenses: sunny outdoor water days and glare reduction.
Fit check
Place the goggles gently over the eyes without the strap. A short, light suction means the seal is close.
Adjust straps until snug, not tight.
Rinse lenses with clean water after swimming and let them air dry.
