Returns & Refunds Policy


At Wild Party, we want your swim gear to arrive in good condition and feel right for your pool, beach, and water-sports plans. Please read this policy before starting a return.


Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging and any included accessories.


Swim goggles, masks, and swim accessories

For hygiene and safety reasons, swim goggles, diving masks, nose clips, earplugs, and other swim accessories can only be returned if they are unused and clean, with packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, water use, scratches, altered straps, missing parts, or hygiene-seal removal.


Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we will help arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for used swimwear or swim accessories, gift cards, final-sale items, or items returned without approval.


How to start a return

Contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.


Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item, then place a new order after the return is approved.


Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.
