Where We Ship

BB Party Shop ships orders from the United States to addresses within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after payment is completed. This dispatch period is separate from the carrier's transit time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Options

Standard shipping is US$8 for orders with a post-discount merchandise subtotal below US$59. Express shipping is US$20 below US$59. Standard and express shipping are free at US$59 or more under our current shipping rules.

Available shipping methods, their estimated delivery times, and final shipping charges are shown at checkout. Please review these details before placing your order.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the selected shipping method and destination. Carrier delays may affect the estimated arrival date.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information has been added to your order, you can view it through your order status page. If you need help finding your tracking information, please contact us with your order number.

Shipping Addresses

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Whether an address can be changed depends on whether the order has already been dispatched.

Duties

Any import duties associated with fulfilling your order are paid by BB Party Shop and will not be charged separately to you.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, or you need help with a tracking issue, email tkneiku01@outlook.com with your order number. We will review the available tracking information and contact the carrier when needed to investigate.
