Wild Party ships swim goggles, diving masks, and swim accessories with the goal of getting your gear to you safely and clearly tracked.

Order processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during holidays, sales periods, product launches, or when additional order verification is needed.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Many orders arrive within 7-15 business days after shipment, but remote areas, customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and peak-season volume may extend delivery times.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information if tracking is available for your shipping method. Tracking updates can take 24-72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Multiple shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on warehouse availability, product type, or carrier routing. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us with your order number. We will help review tracking information and work with the carrier when possible.

Damaged packages

If your package or product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and item. This helps us resolve the issue faster.
